Faces of Hope
Faces of Hope: A Poster Making Contest
September 24, 2014 - In lieu of the suicide prevention month, UST Psychology Society, in partnership with Faculty of Pharmacy and Natasha Goulburn Foundation (NGF), opens a Poster Making Contest with the theme "Faces of Hope" at the Quadricentennial Park. The exhibit which showcased six (6) digital posters on depression and healthy living, will remain open until the announcement of winners on Friday, September 26.
"It's all about preventing suicide," says Patricia Yulo, event organiser. "Since September is suicide prevention month, we took a partnership with NGF, a non- profit organisation which promotes understanding about depression. We are trying to demonstrate the connection between nutrition and suicide. Leading a healthier lifestyle is part of the cure to depression and finding hope."
The exhibit showcased six (6) digital posters from students our college. The exhibit will remain open until the announcement of winners on Friday, September 26.
